Audience-first design

Teachers are the most tech-skeptical early audience I've worked with. The landing page had to read like a tool, not a pitch: plain language, concrete verbs, no growth-ops jargon.

The three decisions

One-screen hero that names the exact pain, inline proof via a step-by-step visual of scan → AI read → PDF, and a CTA that leads to a closed-beta gate so we control expectations.
